What action if any will you take to help your Minnesotans get steady work and living wages?

I will work to strengthen our educational system by building public/private business partnerships that will ensure our graduates will have opportunities to stay and wok in their respective communities. I will strongly oppose any legislation that weakens Unions or their ability to fight for a better life for their members. I will strongly support raising the federal minimum wage. I believe it is not government’s role to create jobs. Rather, to protect workers and enhance opportunities in the private business sector.
